The Government of Ghana is enhancing the Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038). In this regard, the Cyber Security Authority (CSA) is conducting a public consultation on the draft Cybersecurity (Amendment) Bill, 2025
The CSA values public involvement and transparency in regulating the cybersecurity ecosystem. To ensure Ghana's cybersecurity laws are relevant to all stakeholders, the Authority invites the public's inputs in the Draft Cybersecurity (Amendment) Bill, 2025.
The consultation period concluded on October 24, 2025 but has been extended to November 14, 2025. All stakeholders, including Cybersecurity Professionals, Cybersecurity Service Providers, Civil Society Organisations, and the General Public, are encouraged to provide feedback on the draft Cybersecurity (Amendment) Bill, 2025 by this date via the form below
